$550 for members or $650 for non-members

Saturday & Sunday lectures are available for up to 12 total hours (including 1 hour of Ethics and 1 hour or Opiods).

Links will be emailed to all registrants. Participants must be logged in for CME. Certificates will be emailed after receipt of a signed evaluation.

FUNDAMENTAL COURSE REGISTRATION
