Criteria & Details: - Class limited to 15. - Bring dissection instruments, scrubs. Loupes with light or head lamp required. - Complete AENS Fundamental Nerve Course. - Complete a minimum of 30 peripheral nerve procedures. - ABFAS certification or qualification recommended.
