CME Designation Statement:
The AENS designates this live activity for a maximum of 14 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits^TM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Criteria & Details:
- Class limited to 15.
- Bring dissection instruments, scrubs.
- Loupes with light or head lamp required.                              - Completion of AENS Fundamental Nerve Course.
- Complete a minimum of 30 peripheral nerve procedures.     
- ABFAS certification or qualification recommended.     
- Basic dissection and 3 micro instruments provided.              - Doctors may bring personal instruments.     

Course Fee (1 Limb per Doctor):
- $2350 (before 5/1/26)
- $2650 (after 5/1/26)

Course Fee (Share Limb):
- $1895 (before 5/1/26)
- $2195 (after 5/1/26)
